The Foreign Registration office is the primary agency to regulate the registration, movement, stay, departure, and also for recommending the extension of stay in India. All foreigners (including foreigners of Indian origin) visiting India on long term (more than 180 days) Student Visa, Medical Visa, Research Visa and Employment Visa are required to get themselves registered with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO)/ Foreigners Registration Officer (FRO) concerned having jurisdiction over the place where the foreigner intends to stay, within 14 days of arrival. NRI is here to assist; we will do all the ground work and provide our expertise in documentation and assist the foreigner in registration. Applicant’s physical presence is obligatory for the registration. Depending on the complexity of the task, the fees may vary; any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the client. NRI cannot be held responsible for any bureaucratic delays or delays due to insufficient or delayed information/documentation provided by the client
